• A hearty Pilsner with a little more kick than our Skyscraper Pilsner, we brew Tin Mill Pilsner from the best Bohemian malt and German hops. Available year round, this fine pilsner is brewed with the same ingredients and in the same style as the famous lager beers of Munich.
• Food Pairings —   Because of the extra flavor from the hops in this light but flavorful beer, Tin Mill Pilsner pairs well with the stronger flavored cheeses like cheddar and blue cheese and holds up to the strong flavors of spicy food without weighing you down.   Try it with fried chicken on a hot day to cut the oiliness in the chicken and quench your thirst.
